Event Planning
A consultation with an event planner that has an interior design degree is priceless! We will discuss party/event vision, budget, schedule and execution. We can measure your space and even draw room layouts to show how your space can best accommodate your guests and party flow. A perfect staff selection will be made to match you and your event's needs. Most of all, having an event planner gives you the support you need to make your event successful. You're gaining an event planner, and a rallying partner. We are excited about your event! We welcome your late night emails and early phone calls because your ideas or last minute updates regarding your event are more than top priority, it's our passion!
Staffing
What makes our staff different from other companies is that each member of our team has professional fine dining and/or bartending experience. Our staff is a group of courteous and caring individuals who believe in providing our clients with professional as well as warm and attentive service. When it comes to any event or dining experience, we know that a great staff can make all the difference.
Our staff knows the importance of your gathering and wants to do everything possible to make it as stress free as possible for you and to free up your time for what is important....visiting with your family, friends or colleagues. The servers will take care of all of the details pertaining to serving hors d'oeuvres, setting up and maintaining a buffet, clean-up throughout and after the gathering and much more.
You may hire our staff with or without the event planning service. If you are having a small gathering or if family and friends would like to bring food for a "pot luck" gathering, you may hire staff only. We serve your family and friends with the care and sensitivity they deserve.
Floral Arrangements
Chicago offers many florists with a multitude of styles at various levels of service. Tamara Tia Events will match your unique event vision with some of our favorite florists who will create your arrangements within your budget and deliver to your home or venue.
Rentals
Tamara Tia Events knows that placing a rental order can be a daunting and time consuming task. Let our professionals ensure you have the correct quantities in your preferred style of plates, glassware, flatware, linens and more. For your convenience, we will place your order, schedule the delivery and pick-up.
Chefs
Some guests come to drink, some to mingle while others come for the food. Whatever the draw be let your guests leave knowing they had the best of all three. Tamara Tia Events works closely with Chef Daniel and Sakura Private Dining and will help you coordinate your tailored menu with your rentals.
Venues
If your home cannot contain the size of your vision then let us find a venue that will!
Entertainment
Tamara Tia Events can find you the perfect string quartet, flamenco ensemble or any other style you desire. It can sometimes be difficult locating the right sound with the adequate finesse and professionalism that your event deserves. We have many connections with Chicago musicians and will coordinate their arrival, requirements and departure so that you can enjoy their talents while remaining focused on your guests. |
